I recently funded a trial account with $70 without realizing that it was the wrong Profile - since most bear the same name for the same brand. I’ve cancelled the trial.
How do I transfer the funds in the Manychat trial profile to my second Manychat profile which is a pro profile? The subscription to this pro profile will be renewing on the 17th of this month.

propably u have to write a ticket about that
but tbh i don’t know if this is possible to withdraw funds from the wallet but in my opinion should be possible to transfer these funds to other account

I know it’s not possible to withdraw funds. I was hoping that the funds can be transferred to my second pro profile which expires in about 2 days time.
That’s the profile I originally wanted to fund.

I raised a ticket for this issue and got a prompt response from the Support team. Way to go guys! According to the Support team, my money has been refunded. Although I’m yet to receive the funds, I’m glad I didn’t have to wait too long for a response.
