Hi, I have created an internal chatbot using CustomGPT and WhatsApp. My problem is that when there is a line break in the “last text input” (the last message on WhatsApp), ManyChat cannot send the request via the API. I don’t know why. It seems that line breaks are not supported, and there is no way to bypass this issue. There is also no way to modify a custom user field to remove the line breaks ?

Try this:

 

  • Click on you mapped field and select "Encode to JSON”.
  • Also remove the quotation marks to that particular field.

 

This should do the trick! 😉
