Situation: If after 3 or 4 days without receiving messages on WhatsApp, when someone writes to me, I don't receive notifications from the app. It's worth noting that the app is installed on two Android phones, and neither receives notifications from the prospects.
Expectation: To receive notifications after several days without accessing ManyChat or after several days without a prospect writing on WhatsApp.
