I can not upgrade to pro. Its always failed. There a notivication about the server issue. Can anybody help with this problem ?

 

 

How are you, try going to billing and at the bottom right click on the "Cancel subscription" button, then load a credit card to pay again and that might work.


Hallo Pablo thanks for the response, but there is no cancel subscription in my Billing page

 


As a troubleshoot try clearing cookies or check your browser if updated.
