To give some context, I set up Manychat with a consultant years ago. I was set as an admin of the ManyChat account but not the owner, so I was not able to disconnect my IG & Facebook. I can only disable it.

Now, I am trying to set up Manychat as the ‘owner’. I created a new Manychat account & connect my IG & Facebook there. But there is a prompt wherein I still need to disconnect it from the previous owner’s Manychat account before I can reconnect it to my own account. Problem is that I am unable to reach out to the person who set up my Manychat years ago. What do I do?

 

I already tried disconnecting it via Facebook Business Integrations. But there’s no progress, on Manychat’s side it is still connected to the old owner.
