I cant connect my IG Account

I have been trying for 2 days to try to connect this which seems like it should be so simple.  I have a Facebook page that I am admin for, it takes me to the steps where is shows my IG account and my FB page, it gave me a message saying you’ve now linked Mnaychat to FB but then in the review connection section in FB, when I try to do that I get an error that says You must be an admin of this associated Page’s business in Business Manager to confirm the IG account.  But I am… so frustrated and ANY help would be greatly appreciated.
