I live in the Netherlands, so I do'nt have a credit card. Is it possible to pay with PayPal or iDeal?

You can use either a credit card or an international debit card.
If you’re using PayPal, you can try Payoneer or other services that give you a Mastercard and you can transfer money from PayPal to Payoneer. There may be other options available to you depending on your country.
If you absolutely cannot get a card, then try opening a ticket at https://help.manychat.com - although I don’t think they’ll be able to give you other options at the moment.
I have the same problem and I’m from Germany. I don’t have a credit card and I wish to pay with PayPal for the Pro-Account.

Dear Manychat team,
I can’t finish the payment for pro account due to the system mistakenly recognized me as a Brazilian (I am Taiwanese).
Therefore, the payment page require’s me to provide Brazilian’s CNPJ to finish the payment(the member fee is higher also….). Could you help me solve the issue?
(PS. I went to Brazil for business trip last month and opened manychat account when staying there)
