I’d like to ask about syncing data from Automation to Google Sheets.

Here’s the situation: when testing the Automation system in the following scenarios:

1. A customer comments, the automation triggers, and the data is successfully exported to Google Sheets.
2. Using the same Automation setup, I shift the workflow to Instagram Ads.

Here’s what I did:

• I used Automation 1 to create the opening message for the Ads. After the customer clicks the "YES" button, it redirects them back to an automation flow that I duplicated from the comment-based flow that successfully exported data earlier.

The issue:
When I preview the flow via Instagram, it works as expected, and the data is exported successfully to Google Sheets.
However, it seems that when I monitor the actual Ads, customers who engage via the Ads are not being added to Google Sheets.

Is there a limitation or restriction when exporting data from Ads to Google Sheets?
