Hello, the best team. I have a problem. I do not know how I can set a condition for the robot to send only one message without repeating it again to the same person who sends the message. Can you help me? Thank you. The best team.

Two ways to do that:

  1. Define the trigger message to just one word or phrase with the “Message is” condition (at the trigger)
  2. If your trigger needs to be placed anywhere within a message, after the triggers and Opt-In, you should set a validation to verify if the contact has a tag. If not, you set an action to add the tag and continue with the messages...

Hello nice to see your post what can I help you.

I have a problem. The customer sends two different messages that contain the same word that I gave to the robot. It sends the message twice to the customer, and this is very frustrating for the customer. I want a solution directly. Thank you.

It tells me I need to update my plan, and it sends spam on Instagram and blocks my account because of it.
