I request the immediate reactivation of the account or a full refund of the prepaid balance.ManyChat, by not refunding this amount, is retaining an amount already paid, which constitutes an abusive practice. I've spoken to them several times, and they say they won't give it back.

They kidnapped my money.


I inform everyone to be careful with their funds, ManyChat is not a reliable company to store funds.

Only put what you will use that day, do not leave anything automated and do everything manually, they seize the funds and deny the refund.


I also suggest you to open a ticket to the support team at Manychat Help

and give them the information they needed to recover it.


I've done this twice and they always say the same thing, that suspended accounts don't refund anything, not even the prepaid balance that wasn't used.
which is considered theft.
