I am trying to find out why i have all these active users that i pay for each month but i can not send to them all and then when i do send the delivery rates are super low from previous years and why wouldn't deliver 100% since its a direct connection to facebook and all in compliance.
I have 62000 subscribers but my sends only goto 42000 on average wiht 60% or less delivered

yes i follow all the rules and do not show any issues with the log violation area. I did open a support ticket and sent them all the screen shots of whats going on
