I have a RSVP system for weddings and events

Currently, our messages are sent to our clientele and we send various data in text like:
Event Date
Hall name
Names of event owners
And...

Attached to this is a permanent banner image for each type of event.

We want to change the banner image
And that a URL is sent to your system that changes every time

If it is an image it is a URL saved in s3 (AWS)
And if it is this video that is stored in Vimeo

Is it possible?
