I just installed manychat and a new automation. Can it retroactively message people?

Hi there,

I’m new to manychat. I’ve just created a new automation.

The problem is the post already has over 200 comments where they commented a specific keyword “me”.

Is there a way manychat can reach out to all those people? Or does the automation only work for *new* comments?

Unfortunately, no. ManyChat can only trigger automations when they are created and active. You cannot perform any actions retroactively.
