I'm receiving 'no message received' from followers

Many followers are complaining they are not receiving my automations but they are in the string and i have refreshed permissions.  Why are they not seeing them?

Is this from a IG Comments Trigger?

If so, there's currently a bug with Meta causing this issue. More details here:

    yes it is on IG. thank you so much. these constant bugs are really making manychat unreliable and it worries me how much i’m losing money-wise

    @wedobrows it’s actually not bugs with Manychat, it’s bugs with Meta.

    All chat platforms that connect to the official Meta APIs suffer the same outages as Manychat.

    It’s just more noticeable with Manychat because Manychat has lots more active users than any other platform...
