ive tried to connect with meta and there's a notification asking Lauren collins to accept the request. I’m not sure if an old social media manager had an account with my page. How do we delete this and start again? Ive attached a photo

 

​@CosmeticTattooClinic  if you know Lauren Collins, you just need to ask to accept the request, but if you don’t know Lauren, you can contact Manychat Support team with a proof of ownership.

will this not propose problems for me in future if I don't start again with a new profile?

No, if you can prove that account belongs to you, Manychat will help you to transfer the ownership.


You can create another IG profile and connect it to Manychat as well.
