Hey
Your Manychat automation will likely have a few 'Data Collection' blocks, where you'll be asking questions and saving them to User Fields in Manychat.
Once you have the information you need from the client, you’ll most likely have to trigger an automation with Make or Zapier to process the data and generate the quote.
The easiest way to do this is to use a Google Doc template and the data from the user + calculations you make to create the custom quote. Then you can export that file as a PDF, and share the link to the PDF with your client.
There are multiple ways to solve this, but this is what I’ve found to be the easiest path to achieve this goal :D
