Why was the messages not sent out after a small delay? and they skipped to next smart delay?

Hey,
If not, it’s because you can’t send a message after 24 hours (there are some exceptions).
If they do, that’s shouldn’t happen, and I suggest you to open a ticket to Manychat support team: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/p/get_support_page
