I want a condition to stop or trigger automation

I don't want the automation to be triggered when I write to the customer or if the customer sends several messages.
Because with each message from the customer, the chatbot will launch the automation.

Maybe two tings to solve your problem.

  1. Settings/ Live Chat Behavior/ Automation pause…: Change it to more time (standard is 30min). It pauses the running automations during conversations. So nothing interrupts the chat between humans.
  2. Make sure yout trigger condition is “Massage is” or Message begins with”. The first one triggers only if the customer sends EXACTLY what the trigger is and the second one just if the messagem starts with the trigger. (Standard is "message contains”. It triggers every time any message contains your trigger worsd/phrase)

    Hope it helps!

You can set an automation pause in Settings > Live Chat Behavior
