I noticed that I could structure this flow with the user clicking on the buttons in the previous message. But we would like to structure a brief questionnaire to collect user data, and thus send the next message from a text message by the user and not from a button click.

if you are on a PRO account, you can use ‘user input’ to collect data and validate it.. I did this for a client of mine.. a travel agency.. the customer types name, email, phone, departure, arriving, date.. etc.. so, it’s possible with ‘user input’
