Question

I would like to edit my new manychat automation -- but it won't let me get into my edits -- could you help?

Hi,

I’m just learning how to use ManyChat. I started creating an automation, but I wanted to edit the Keyword I chose. 

When I went back and clicked on edit, it won’t let me create a new keyword. I literally can’t click on the word “Trigger” because it’s all greyed out.

Could someone help me figure this out?

Hi, it’s me again.

I went inside ManyChat and tried to duplicate the current automation. 

Then, I clicked on the new “copied” version of the automation and was able to edit the keyword that way. So I have kept the new “copied” version of the automation and have deleted the other one.

So it looks like I’m good to go.
