Ice breaker whatsapp

Im trying to setup ice breakers on whatsapp to get our leads to redirected to a curtain flow.
The button(s) show up in the chat, but they are not clickable. Also the text bar on WhatsApp is gone whenever the ice breakers are on. This is on my device but also a few others.

Please help

    Ice breakers only work if there isn’t any message history.

    I have the same exact issue. I had reviewed that article and delete the chat (previous chat history) as recommended. I tried to reset de Icebrakers, nothing help. ¿Some ideas?
