I would like to know if it is possible to send a message to users when they have simply abandoned the flow within the 24 hour period.

Would it be possible to identify how long a customer stopped interacting (clicking on options) and send a provocative message?

I have several cases like this in our automation.
I would like to capture their attention again automatically.

You have to setup the logic with conditions + smart delays on your flows to achieve this and make sure that you don’t send the nudge to people who interacted.
