Hello friends, I made my chatbot for Instagram, but the audios don't work.
I had put them all in mp3 and then I was forced to put them all in wav and it still didn't work.
Does anyone know what could be happening?

Apparently I'm managing to solve it by converting everything to m4a.
Wouldn't it be easier for manychat to only accept m4a files instead of giving us all this work?
that is the best audio format accepted on mobiles.. you should be fine with it.
oie andreia, conseguiu resolver o problema com os audios? aqui to com o mesmo, alguns vai para o lead outro não , acho que não tem como ficar 100%
It’s not accepting my m4a audio right now either. Did converting it to m4a solve it for you?
