Hey guys, I just got the pro version of Manychat and I am trying to do my first automation. Its basically: a person comments a keyword on my IG post and I just send them a dm with my link. I think it should all be working and there are no errors, it just doesnt work in practice. I even tried to the preview option in IG, but that also doesnt do anything. Could any of you please help me because I am currently getting overwhelmed with the comments.
What are your settings when you click on ‘user comments on your ost or reel’?
Or maybe you can try to remove the ‘reply in DM’ box and make that box again: click on then > Instagram > Send message.
Obviously the Instagram - Manychat connection is good evidenced by the DM Trigger working.
