I’m looking to figure out the following flow potentially - has anyone does this?
Scrape a hashtag for hairstylist, barber, hairdresser - etc and then automate a DM from Manychat for them with a resource (this is a lead gen tatic).
Wasn’t sure if an action has to be completed on their part before ManyChat can fire out a response/DM.

You can’t start conversations with new contacts from Manychat.
The only way to do this is by using non-authorized apps - which will put your account in danger.
