I have set up an automation and when the user comments it sends them the information.
But, when someone comments with the keyword I’ve chosen, IG hides their comments and theirs only.
How can I stop it from doing this?

I tried keyword “2025”, “YES”, “INFO”
It’s incredibly frustrating. I am losing clients….
