Images sent by users disappear after a certain period. I'm not sure exactly how many days they remain visible.
I believe this might be the reason. Please check if it has been more than a week since the user sent those images.

No the message was just sent, i messaged myself from another acccount, it happens automatically, but before it was working i dont understand, i reconnected my instagram account through meta business suite and still the same issue

If you haven’t done so yet, I recommend updating the permissions. In ManyChat, go to Settings, click on the Instagram channel, and then click Update Permissions.
