According to the ManyChat video tutorial, the "Import" tab should be visible, but in reality, it is not showing up in my ManyChat account.

That was exactly my question last week. I went through all the resources and was stuck.
I wanted to launch one scenario quickly and I added an API call later on. Then ended up “importing” the first 40 contacts manually as I needed them for the newsletter
So my understanding is - you should export the data via API the moment you collect them.
Any better solution?
I have PRO accounts and that blue buton import doesn’t work for me either.

The import feature needs to be enabled manually by Manychat to prevent fraudulent activity.
