+1it’s a PRO feature… are you using a pro account?
That was exactly my question last week. I went through all the resources and was stuck.
I wanted to launch one scenario quickly and I added an API call later on. Then ended up “importing” the first 40 contacts manually as I needed them for the newsletter 🙈
So my understanding is - you should export the data via API the moment you collect them.
Any better solution?
I have PRO accounts and that blue buton import doesn’t work for me either.

The import feature needs to be enabled manually by Manychat to prevent fraudulent activity.
