Dear all, despite I can use and link correctly manychat to my instagram account, it seems I cannot do the same with my FB messenger as I need to use the automation on both.
When I go on settings and then I need to select my page which is OneforallOrbassano, but as you can see in the image the button to connect is grey and say only FBPAGE ADMIN che get access.. I’m confused...I’m already a FB admin.
Can anyone help me please?Thank you

Maybe you didn’t grant yourself full access in your Meta Business Manager. 😅

Hello fabio, thank for your reply. yes this is the same guide that support already told me to follow and everything is already opened in my page, but it still doesn’t work.
Now I’m waiting for a new reply from them because I’ve the urgency to use manychat for a marketing plan as soon as possible If you have any other idea I’d be happy to listen to you.
