Improve Keyword Trigger Accuracy

If I give the word “ME” as a trigger in a CTA, and somebody wants to comment not as a CTA but just as a reply on my post to comment and uses the word “me” in the sentence then this persons will also be put in the automation. But that should not happen because it was not meant as a trigger word. Can something be done about that? So that the automation only starts if only the word “ME” is replied and not when used in a sentence?

You can do it already.
 

You can write your key words and the words you can “reject”.

If someone comment on your post like: “Hey, EXPLAIN to ME ...”, Manychat does not trigger the automation.

But you have to predict the words your audience may respond on your comment section. 😬
