I am developing a SaaS platform aimed at enabling businesses to automate direct messaging across multiple channels, specifically Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp. The core functionality involves allowing our clients to connect their respective social media pages, after which our platform would handle automated messaging workflows on their behalf.

Given ManyChat's robust capabilities in multi-channel messaging automation, I am interested in understanding how we might leverage your platform to support this multi-tenant architecture. Specifically, I would like to know:

  1. Multi-Client Support: Does ManyChat support a setup where a single account can manage multiple client integrations, each with their own messaging channels?

  2. API Access: Are there APIs available that would allow our platform to programmatically manage client connections, message sending, and automation workflows?

  3. White-Labeling: Is there an option to white-label ManyChat's services so that our clients interact solely with our platform's branding?

  4. Compliance and Permissions: What are the requirements and processes for obtaining the necessary permissions to manage messaging on behalf of our clients, especially concerning WhatsApp Business API and Instagram Messaging?

  5. Pricing Structure: Could you provide information on pricing models suitable for SaaS platforms managing multiple client accounts?

Understanding these aspects will greatly assist in determining the feasibility and scope of integrating ManyChat into our service offering.

Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to your response.

Hey there @mohamedelsaeed

So, going over your questions…

  1. Yes and no, I manage multiple client accounts, but I have a personal profile, and everyone on my team needs to be added to each account. It’s workable, but not that straight forwards.
  2. Yes, it’s here: https://api.manychat.com/swagger#/
  3. No, not an option.
  4. You need to be Admin on the Business Manager, or you get them to connect to Manychat and give you access.
  5. No. But you should ask. You will need to chat to support to see if they can offer you something.

I’ve done Manychat as part of a bigger SaaS before with hundreds of Manychat accouns. If you need any help or consulting on best ways to handle this, let me know and I can share more details on what we did. ;)
