Hello,

I hope you’re doing well. I have a few questions regarding ManyChat’s paid plan and account linking, and I’d appreciate your clarification.
 

1) Facebook Page Integration and Paid Plan Application
I am currently using the free plan and have linked over 10 Facebook pages to a single ManyChat account.

If I upgrade to a paid plan, will all the linked Facebook pages automatically gain access to the paid features?

Or, while linking multiple pages is possible, would I need to purchase a separate paid plan for each Facebook page individually?

In other words, does upgrading a single ManyChat account to a paid plan apply to all linked Facebook pages, or must each page have its own separate paid subscription?
 

2) Instagram Account Integration
I also manage more than 10 Instagram accounts.

Like Facebook pages, is it possible to link and manage all of these Instagram accounts under a single ManyChat account?

I would appreciate your clarification on whether Instagram accounts can be managed in the same way as Facebook pages within one ManyChat account.

  • One IG profile*
  • One Facebook page*
  • One Whatsapp number*
  • One TikTok account
  • One Telegram bot
  • One SMS number

*To use IG, FB and Whatsapp, they all need to be under the same business manager and linked.

 

In your case, you’ll need 10 Manychat accounts (one for each FB page). And they upgrade to PRO individually.

If these accounts have IG profiles linked to them, you can also link the IG profiles to Manychat and user FB and IG on the same Manychat account (you’d have 10 Manychat accounts, each with 1 IG profile and 1 FB page).
