I have a question regarding Facebook's policy. If a customer comments on our post and we reply in the comments, are we also allowed to send them a private message (DM, inbox) according to Facebook's policy? For instance, if 50 customers comment on our Facebook post, can we send all 50 of them private messages (DM, inbox) without violating any Facebook policies?
