Hi everyone,
Hoping to get some help here as there have been support delays at Manychat. We have a new pro MC account and we are working with several influencers on Instagram. I have already been added as an admin on their Facebook accounts, and their FB accounts are connected to Instagram, per MC recommendations. I have gone back and forth with MC, tried disconnecting and reconnecting, confirming 2FA, etc., still the Instagram accounts of the influencers are not showing up when I go to add a new account in MC.
Has anyone dealt with this? It’s really slowing us down now and MC support is taking 5-7 days between replies.

you probably will fix your problem setting permissions on your facebook profile.. go to the minute 38.. let me know if it helped..
Hi there… ya we did that before as well. Full permissions are checked for all of the IG pages and pretty much everything else. Same issue, still not working.
