Instagram Ads Automation Not Working

Hey guys,

So I have set up a campaign on FB Ads Manager & have linked it to a Manychat Automation (Trigger - User clicks on Ad)

However since a few weeks I have been noticing that now when users see my Ad & click on the “Send Message” CTA they are redirected to my DM, but the automation does not get triggered. Instead they have to send a message to me normally.

This is leading to replying to the messages manually, which could ideally been automated. Not just this, but my response time also is getting affected.

Any guesses why this could be happening?
