I am reaching out because I have an auto-reply message activated on my Instagram account, which automatically replies to users who message me. However, I am unable to find where to disable or modify this auto-reply feature. 

I’ve followed all of the troubleshooting steps suggested by ChatGPT, but unfortunately, none of them have worked. I’ve looked through the settings and options available, but the auto-reply seems to remain active. 

Could you please assist me in disabling this feature or guide me on how to resolve this issue?

Check if there isn't an active Default Reply (Config./ Instagram)

That's odd…

There could be also some old active automation triggering that… Do you remember any case in wich this message was sent in the past?

(If you don't have a ton of automations, a test could be deactivating old ones and see if this “ghost message” continues appearing).
