Hi everyone, I have the pro version of the trial and I created an automation for the “leave keyword in comment” strategy. I have followed the troubleshooting guide, granted all permissions, refreshed Manychats permissions, etc. Nothing seems to work at the moment (for the comment detection/trigger), any personalized help?

Okay I tested
Automations are working and they are bad designed (cant send link in first block)
comments are not working but I can’t tell anything more if don’t see the settings and setup
