@Heather Austrie  did this ever get figured out for you? I’m having the same issue but just created an automation for the first time on Saturday and DM’s aren’t being triggered when someone types in my keyword in the comments.

nvm figured it out :) i had commas in between each keyword instead of clicking enter for each one.

I did mine for people to get a pdf file each time they comment on my reels, but it isn’t working 😭😭
