I have setup an automation for Instagram DM’s, but I have an issue where one user messaged us without the keyword to initiate the automation. The user then provided their email (which the automation is scheduled to do) however, if the user then messages again, it restarts the automation. Any ideas where I am going wrong?

+6You can use conditions to check avoid sending the flows.
For example, you can check if they already have their email entered, you don’t send anything or just confirm that this is their correct address.
