I hope someone can clarify this problem for me. I created an Instagram ad with a post that I had already published and for which I had activated an automation so that it would respond to comments and send messages directly to the DM. However, once the advertising started working, the automation does not respond to comments.

Has anyone gone through the same thing? Could you give me advice or recommendations? My client is mad at me. Thank you so much.
