Instagram Automations Not Working

Hey Guys Hoping Someone Can Help With This, Gus?

So I Was In The Middle Of A Project.

And then my automations suddenly stopped working completely.

I’ve sent loads of triggers nothing happens.

 

I did comment and it worked then I pressed the button on the comment-triggered message and this came up:

 


I have had a couple messages related to suspected bot activity on my account or something along those lines but Manychat and meta work together so? 

Has anyone seen this before and know if there's a fix? Thank you!

The first thing you can do is Refresh Permissions (by clicking on the help icon, you'll see the Refresh Permissions button).

Doing this will solve 95% of the issues.

If that doesn't work you need to start debugging.

I always try a simple message with a keyword trigger and check if that works.

If it works I keep testing until I find the issue.

If I can't get the simple message to work, it's time to contact support and get their help. You can open a ticket at https://help.manychat.com

    Mine has also suddenly stopped.

     

    triggers from contacts that have messaged me previously are working. Any new messages are not.

    Yes iv raised a ticket. Nothing is working.

    @Katie How did you raise your ticket I’ve been speaking to the AI assistant and he just keeps giving me more troubleshooting steps that I've already tried.
