Instagram comment automation stops sending Autoreply on reel comments

No meu caso, a automação com o primeiro fluxo e dá uma resposta aleatória em inglês… e ontem estava tudo certinho… o que tá acontecendo? Alguém pode nos ajudar?

​@silvadollar I have seen a lot of stuff ;) So yes, but often there is something wrong with either the connection or the automation itself.

​@Joren Wouters Sorry I should have been more clear. I am referring to the automation when using the instagram ad platform. I am using “When a user clicks my ad”, the first message sends but nothing after, the issue is only with instagram, facebook is working

​@silvadollar I that first message you should have a quick reply or button. When people click on that, the second message should be sent.

That’s weird, your automation is set up correct. I recommend reaching out to Manychat Support about this.
