Hello,
I just signed up to ManyChat and set up my first automation. I set it up so people commenting Free on my reel would be sent a link to my free ebook. The DM is not sending and there are no automated replies either. I’ve tried troubleshooting on my own and with the ManyChat AI and I’m needing human support LOL. If anyone could please assist me that would be greatly appreciated.

How did you set up the automations? The first message is “as a comment reply”?
