When I go on the web site, on the package page the free pla should give me access to this :

when I try to do my instagram comment reply it says : instagram comment is a pro feature and ask me to upgrade my plan.
is it normal ?

Yes… it should work even on a Free Plan.
Check if you are selecting a specific post/reel to trigger, as on the Free Plan it's the only available option:
Also verify if you have more automations with keywords… the Free Plan has a limit of 3 keywords per account. It will also deny anything above that limitation.
