I posted a publication with an automation that when someone wrote "I want" a link would be sent to the person's direct message, shortly afterwards I announced this publication, but I realized that some people the link was sent and to others it wasn't, which could be this problem, could someone help me?

I did all the steps, but when I went to add manychat as the primary recipient of Instagram it gave me this error:
“We are having trouble completing your request, please try again”
I managed to connect, but the error of not sending messages still persists
What error message? The one you got with the handover protocol?
I'm having the same problem as you, João, but I get the message "Instagram request error"
