I posted a publication with an automation that when someone wrote "I want" a link would be sent to the person's direct message, shortly afterwards I announced this publication, but I realized that some people the link was sent and to others it wasn't, which could be this problem, could someone help me?

I did all the steps, but when I went to add manychat as the primary recipient of Instagram it gave me this error:
“We are having trouble completing your request, please try again”
I managed to connect, but the error of not sending messages still persists
