Hi guys, have been using Manychat for 6+ months and had not problems until a few days ago.

Now Manychat isn’t seeing any Instagram Comments on my posts and hence is not sending any of my automated DMs.

For example:
1) People comment “Keyword” on my IG post/Reel
2) Manychat Dms them automated message (this is where it is not doing this anymore and doesnt send anything?)

Anyone else having this problem/found a solution?
