Hey all - just wondering what the best way to handle this scenario is. Up til now we’ve been using RichPanel (customer service tool, similar to helpscout, gorgias, etc). And every instagram DM arrives via ticket so our customer service team can reply within Richpanel.

I want to setup Manychat so that we have automations running and only the messages that our automations cannot handle will be sent as a ticket to our customer service agents.

Can someone point me to a tutorial or best practices documentation for this?
