I am having a problem about manychat automation is sending double messages to customer.

So basically  if a lead sent us a keyword I can see in the manychat live chat, the lead’s message seems like he sent the message for two times which is actually only one time when check instagram, that’s why the chatbot triggers two times.

Has anybody had this issue?

@kaanbey you can apply tags and check conditions for avoid to double send messages.
