Can i connect my instagram with whatsapp as in if someone gives me the number using many chat automation in instagram can i directly automate a message to that number if yes how do i do that.

Just ask for the number in Instagram and make sure to save it as the WhatsApp ID.
After that, you can connect a WhatsApp message. You just have to make sure that the WhatsApp message is a message template (outside the 24hrs), since this will be a business-initiated message.
