Instagram messages are not fully displayed

Hello everyone! Hope you’re doing well!
We currently saw that the messages on Instagram were not fully displayed.
We were advised to insert a “quick reply” and then send the actual link as a second message when someone clicks on the quick reply. But..., I don't know how to set up this automation.. Can someone send me an instruction or describe how to set it up? Thank you!!
